Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your use of CheatCode Launcher (the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to them, do not use the App.

These Terms apply in addition to any terms, rules, or policies imposed by the platform through which you downloaded the App, including Google Play.

Eligibility and use of the App

You may use the App only in compliance with these Terms, applicable laws, and the terms of any app store or platform through which the App is distributed.

You are responsible for how you configure and use the App on your device, including any launcher settings, gesture codes, shortcuts, integrations, or automations you enable.

License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use CheatCode Launcher on devices you own or control, solely for your personal use.

This license does not transfer any ownership rights in the App or its content. We and our licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App except as permitted by law
reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App, except where applicable law expressly allows it
use the App in a way that violates applicable law, infringes another person’s rights, or interferes with the operation of the App
attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with licensing, purchase, entitlement, or feature restrictions in the App
use the App to trigger or facilitate unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity

Paid features and purchases

CheatCode Launcher may offer paid features, upgrades, or Pro functionality through Google Play billing.

If you purchase paid features:

billing, payment processing, refunds, cancellations, and related purchase rights are generally handled by Google Play and are subject to Google’s terms and policies
access to paid features may depend on successful purchase verification and entitlement checks
if a purchase is refunded, revoked, cancelled, or otherwise invalidated through Google Play or the applicable billing provider, access to associated paid features may be removed

If the App uses a third-party purchase management service such as RevenueCat, that service may be used to validate and manage purchase entitlements.

Third-party services and integrations

CheatCode Launcher may interact with third-party services, apps, or platforms, including Google Play, RevenueCat, Discord, Tasker, or other apps and services you choose to use with the App.

Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, their content, or how they handle your data.

If you use integrations or automations that trigger actions in third-party apps, you are responsible for those actions and for complying with the terms of the relevant third-party services.

CheatCode Launcher is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, RevenueCat, Discord, Tasker, or other third-party apps or services unless expressly stated otherwise.

Availability and updates

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App at any time, including features, functionality, pricing, or supported integrations.

We do not guarantee that the App, or any feature of it, will always be available, compatible with your device, or operate without interruption.

Disclaimer of warranties

CheatCode Launcher is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device, launcher setup, Android version, or third-party integration.

Launcher software can interact closely with your device configuration, home screen behavior, notifications, shortcuts, and third-party apps. You acknowledge that some features may behave differently across devices, Android versions, OEM customizations, and installed apps.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or device functionality arising out of or related to your use of the App.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid for the App or its paid features in the 12 months before the claim arose, or, if you paid nothing, USD $10.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or limitations of liability, so some of the limitations above may not apply to you.

Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App or to certain features if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if continued access would create legal, security, or operational risk.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and any accrued payment-related obligations.

Privacy

Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how CheatCode Launcher handles information and device access.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of CheatCode Launcher after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
